We started Whole30 yesterday around here. Are you familiar with Whole30? It is a great eating plan that cuts out things like refined sugar and simple carbs to help you reset your body and, if needed, identify any food sensitivities too. I did it twice last year and felt great each time. {You can read tips here and here}. Each time though, my hardest meal was breakfast so I planned out my meals this time using some of these 15 Whole30 breakfast recipes!
These Whole30 breakfast recipes are awesome because, even if you aren’t doing Whole30, they offer a healthy and delicious option for the most important meal of the day! It can be easy to get tired of the same old egg dishes so many of these don’t have eggs in them at all! I have all of these on my menu for the month and can’t wait to work my way through them.
