Christmas gift shopping for littles can be a challenge.  If yours are like mine, their tastes change daily  or they circle everything in the catalog out of pure excitement over the gift receiving part of the holiday season.  RoseArt provided me an opportunity to try out their Extreme Air Brush Studio and I am so glad they did.  I now know what just about kid on my list that is over the age of five will be getting for Christmas from us…it is a great gift idea for kids.
I picked up our Extreme Air Brush Studio from Walmart and brought it home intending to have H make Christmas cards with it later in the week.  She immediately spotted it in the bag and begged to try it out.
We were having a surprise party for Maya later that evening and I really needed to keep H busy so she wouldn’t accidentally spill the beans so I said we could go ahead and open it.  I loved that the packaging was super easy to get open so I wasn’t sitting there for 20 minutes trying to get the thing set up for her to play with.  Try doing THAT with an excited six year old at your side. Using the product is really easy too.
1. Select any RoseArt SuperTip Marker and load it into the handle of the motorized sprayer. Make sure the marker is inserted all the way into the handle. Adjust the marker forward or backward slightly to achieve the desired spray pattern.

RoseArt recommends experimenting with how to correctly insert the markers in the holder so that the product sprays ink optimally (not too much, not too little).

I put the first marker in and H told me I had put it in too far.  I was insistent that I was right and
I guess kids really do get toys better than adults, huh?!

2. Select your favorite stencil and lay it on a blank sheet of paper.

3. Turn on the motorized sprayer, press the red button on the handle and spray away!

Mommy’s little blob from putting the marker in too far didn’t bother her much and she just sprayed around it.

4. Be creative! You can paint stunning pictures and graphics using the included stencils or feel free to create designs all your own.
I let H take over and she had so much fun just doing random things with it on our paper so she could learn all the different ways it works {she is truly the daughter of an engineer}!

I was busy in the other room but apparently H had decided to make a little banner for the surprise party 🙂  Later that night, at the party, she pulled every person there in to show them the Extreme Air Brush Studio in action.  I heard a few of the kids tell their parents they wanted one and I quickly pulled the parents aside to let them know we would most likely be gifting these to H’s friends.  I’ll be waiting until Black Friday because I imagine Walmart will be offering a deal on this great toy. {Stay tuned for me to share the details of the deal once they are released}
