I am always looking for dinner inspiration. There are so many options for finding recipes that it can be a little overwhelming but there are a few that I go back to over and over again. Of course, I love creating my own recipes and sharing them with others too. Whenever I find a new place to find recipe inspiration or share one of my recipes, I like to tell everyone about it so they can benefit too. I recently shared my chicken broccoli quinoa casserole on the brand new Food Lion Recipe Portal to help others with their dinner recipe needs.
The great thing about this casserole is that it is loaded with healthy and delicious items like fresh broccoli and quinoa. It comes together so easily and is sure to be a family favorite!
I discovered the Food Lion Recipe Portal almost by accident. I was visiting the website to get my MVP card so I could save a little money when I hit the store for ingredients and noticed the “submit a recipe” in the top right corner. Of course, since I love sharing recipes with others, I had to click it. Signing up to share recipes and get my MVP card was simple. It let me register using my Google+ account and I just filled in a little bit of information. Super simple and I was even able to print out my temporary savings card right then.
Once a recipe is submitted, someone from Food Lion reviews it and gets back to you to let you know when it is accepted.
Now, I am sure your dying to find out exactly how to make the super delicious chicken broccoli quinoa casserole. You can find the full recipe here.
While you are there, be sure to click around the Food Lion Recipe Portal a little to see all of the other amazing recipes that are posted there. You can fill your weekly menu plan with recipes from there very easily.
