I am a total sriracha addict. If the bottle wasn’t so large, I’d probably carry some in my purse wherever I went. They used to make a hot and spicy Chex Mix but I haven’t been able to find it for awhile now. So, I decided to make my own replacement for it and added a little bit of extra flavors too. You are totally going to love this sriracha chex mix recipe!
The great thing about making your own snack mix is that you can totall customize the flavors to exactly how you wanted them. The hot and spicy version I used to buy had these little pieces in it that I didn’t like so I would always just pick them out. By making my own, I get to make sure I get exactly what I want in my mix.
Sriracha Ranch Snack Mix Ingredients:
6 cups Chex cereal {I mixed rice and wheat}
1 cup Colby Cheez-it crackers
1 1/2 cup garlic toasts
1/2 cup pretzel sticks
4 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp Sriracha
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp ranch dressing powder
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Let’s Make It:
1) Preheat the oven to 275 degrees. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil.
2) In a huge bowl, combine cereal, crackers, garlic toasts and pretzel sticks.
3) In a separate bowl, melt butter. Add sriracha, soy sauce, ranch dressing powder, ginger and garlic powder. Stir well to combine. Pour over cereal mix and stir until coated.
4) Pour cereal mixture onto prepared baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes; stirring every 10-15 minutes to prevent burning.
This snack mix is totally ones of that you are not going to be able to quick eating. I make a batch every other week or so because it is just so good. If you find it to be a little too spicy, just tone down the amount of sriracha you put in.

If you have one or could add one, just let me know so I can showcase your post. Thanks for sharing this at the Craftastic Monday Link Party at Sew Can Do!
