S’mores Pizza might be the most amazing dessert you’ll ever make! You get all the s’mores taste without the need for an open flame or skewers! Everyone will want a piece, or two! This S’mores Dessert Pizza is the perfect recipe to serve at a party, because there is more than enough to go around!
S’mores lovers rejoice! There are now even more ways to enjoy more s’mores. In addition to s’mores in a jar and s’mores donuts, we now have s’mores pizza. It is perfect for dessert on a weeknight or if you are throwing a party. You won’t find anyone who will turn it down.
This pizza is the perfect combination of delicious pizza dough, graham cracker crumbs, chocolate and marshmallows. You can roll it out and bake it on a pan or do it deep dish style in a skillet.
Either way, it is the perfect treat even when you can’t get outside to roast marshmallows and make s’mores the old fashioned way.
I use a premade refrigerated pizza crust to make this recipe super easy. If you have a favorite homemade pizza crust recipe, you can easily substitute that into this recipe.
Definitely don’t leave out the graham crackers crumbs (you can even buy them premade as crumbs now) as that is a key part of a s’more! We often add the graham cracker crumbs on top too.
When choosing marshmallows for this dessert pizza, I find that the square flat ones work the best. If you can’t find those, go with regular sized marshmallows instead of the mini ones.
