I love food. There is definitely a reason this blog quickly focused on most food. One of my favorite places to be is in the kitchen cooking. I also have the pleasure of having lots of friends who also love to cook and I was brainstorming on a great gift to give them this holiday season. As part of the mason jar gift series (be sure to check them all out at the end of this post along with a great giveaway), I created a food lovers mason jar gift idea that I think would be perfect for anyone who loves to cook!
I used a quart sized jar and put together a few items that were inexpensive but I thought would go a long way! As I mentioned before, herbs and spices are one of my top things to keep around in our kitchen and so I thought some spice mixes would be perfect to give as gifts. This gift has my rosemary garlic dry rub and a cinnamon chipolte rub (coming soon) too.
I added in small containers of smoked sea salt, black peppercorns and tabasco to. A cute little set of measuring spoons rounds out the gift.
Toss it all into the jar and put a cute tag on it and you are ready to go with a quick and easy gift perfect for the food lover on your gift list.
