The Christmas season is a busy one. I get next to no sleep and our calendar is filled with events! I am definitely not complaining because there is nothing I love more than a good Christmas party. But, it can be difficult to make it to the end of the party when you are already tired. This is how I was feeling at our annual Christmas party this weekend. I wanted the party to continue but I was feeling like I needed a little pick me up. Instead of just grabbing  a cup of coffee though, I decided to make a horchata iced coffee cocktail {and offer it to my guests of course to}.

This cocktail is so simple to make because it uses only two ingredients {plus the whipped cream topping if you want it}! It starts with Daily’s Cocktails® newest addition to their ready-to-drink options: cream cocktails. They come in three amazing flavors: Chocolate & Cream, Horchata Cinnamon & Cream and Salted Caramel & Cream.

The cream cocktails are a perfect blend of wine blended with real dairy cream. They are delicious on their own {hot or cold} or combined with other items to make a custom cocktail. 

Horchata Iced Coffee Cocktail:

1/2 cup iced coffee, unsweetened
1/4 cup Daily’s Horchata Cinnamon & Cream
Ice
Whipped cream {optional}

Let’s Make It:

1) Combine iced coffee, Daily’s Horchata Cinnamon & Cream in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake to combine. Pour into glass. Top with whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon if desired.

This cocktail was the absolute perfect thing for late into our party. I will definitely be breaking this cocktail out for New Year’s Eve too. It is sure to be a crowd favorite with the combination of rich cream, toasty cinnamon and iced coffee. 

I can’t wait to try the other flavors. I’m thinking the salted caramel flavor will go perfectly in my hot chocolate for going out to look at Christmas lights. Don’t worry though…I am never the driver!
