Paleo Monday is taking a slightly different focus today! I was chatting with a friend of mine who is in the middle of her family’s first try at Whole30. She said the hardest part is being prepared and making sure no one burns out by eating the same thing over and over. I can totally relate and think that is a widespread issue when people are on Whole30. So, I’ve collected 30+ Whole30 recipes that will make sure you have meals for your entire 30 days on the program.
Most of these recipes are geared towards lunch or dinner because those were always the most difficult meals for me during the program. Of course, there really are no rules that say you can’t eat salmon for breakfast so, if that is your thing, go for it and use these for breakfast meals too!
I’ve broken the recipes out by the the type of protein to make it easy as you put together your meal plan.
