Ever since I started Whole30 in January and then moved to a more sustainable Paleo diet, I have been in love with cauliflower rice. It is quick and easy and tastes delicious. I use it a lot in place of rice under my stir fry but I tend to have a lot left over since I am the only one in my house that enjoys it. So, I went in search of different ways to use cauliflower rice and found these 9 great ideas.
The great thing about these different recipes is that many of them can serve as a main dish or a side. Either way, they all look absolutely delicious and I can’t wait to try them.
Cilantro Lime Cauliflower Rice from House of Yumm
Creamy Garlic Rice from Pinch of Yum
Lime Coconut Cauliflower Rice from Meatified
Cauliflower Rice Lettuce Cups from Veggie and Beast Feast
Teriyaki “Rice” Bowl from Oh My Veggies
Indian Spiced Cauliflower Rice from The Food Charlatan
Cauliflower Spanish Rice from Fork and Beans
Chicken and Mushroom Cauliflower Rice from Healthy Living How To
Cauliflower Fried Rice from Amuse Your Bouche
After you’ve tried all these ways to use cauliflower rice, grab some more cauliflower and try this gluten free loaded cauliflower soup!

Just what I’ve been looking for. We’re getting ready to do a cleanse of sorts. Not Whole 30 or Paleo, but a sugar/yeast cleanse for my daughter’s eczema to see if candida is the cause.

Good luck! It will definitely amaze you to see how many things sugar and yeast are added to! I was shocked and just kept thinking “why would I want sugar in that?!”
