This cheddar ranch potato salad with bacon starts with a yummy red bliss potato salad and then gets doctored up for a final dish that is truly party/bbq/picnic ready!

This ranch potato salad with bacon is the perfect side dish to take to any event or when you need to serve a crowd easily! Loaded potato salad is always a winner and can be made in advance making it party perfect.

Ingredients

• 48 oz container of Wellsley Farms red bliss potato salad
• 1 packet ranch seasoning
• 3/4 cup shredded Wellsley Farms cheddar cheese
• 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, mix together potato salad, ranch seasoning, cheese and 3 of slices of bacon. Stir well to combine. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

2. Before serving, top with remaining bacon pieces.
