Back when school started {eons ago right?!}, our house was flooded with paperwork and I created artwork binders for each of our kids. Well, plain binders are pretty ugly and boring sitting on our a bookcases in the family room. So, I decided to turn them into fabric wrapped binders to blend in a little better while still offering the organizing I was looking for.
This is one of the simplist projects you might ever do.
Start with a binder {mine is a 3-inch binder}
Pick out your fabric {I purchased a yard of each of my fabrics}. Coat your binder with fabric mod podge and wrap fabric around the binder.
For the corner, I just wrapped mine like a present and secured the corner with hot glue.
Once the glue and mod ppdge dry, you are all done and the binder is ready for use.
How do you store your kid’s artwork? Do you feel like you get 50 pages a week like we do?
You can find a list of the awesome parties I link up to by visiting here.

Thanks! I stumbled upon that fabric over on Spoonflower and fell in love with it. It is just the right amount of color for our room.

Thanks! They look so much better on the bookshelf compared to the regular white one that was there before.

Hya WOW this is just the idea I was looking for. Thaaaannnk you. I will not only be using this for my children’s art work but for the ‘so many other paper collection’ stuff in my home. Great idea.

I have so much paper around here that I definitely needed to find ways to control it. These binders help so much but still are stylish enough to leave out.
