This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Pfister for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.
We talk a lot here about home projects, crafts and fun stuff. Occasionally, we even talk about people in need. Way back in the beginning of this blog, you may remember that a family in my neighborhood lost their home to a devastating fire. Thankfully, I live in a fantastic community where we all work to help each other. So, when the fire occurred, we all jumped to help in and provide for this family who was left with nothing.
On a much larger scale, Pfister is doing something similar for families around the country by partnering with the nonprofit organization, Rebuilding Together. Rebuilding Together provides critical home repairs, modifications and improvements for America’s low-income homeowners. They step in to help the most vulnerable homeowners keep the thing that is most precious and vital to their lives: their home. In the 30 years since they began as a grassroots activist group in Midland, Texas, they have completed work on more than 100,000 homes! It felt good to help just one family here in my neighborhood. I can only imagine how awesome it is to know that a group helped so many people in need.
