I can’t get over the fact that Easter is just over a week away! I am hosting Easter brunch at our house this year so I definitely need to get my butt in gear when it comes to planning a menu. At least I know I have a good resource for Easter recipes to turn to but I am still thinking of different dessert options. I don’t love the time it takes to bake so I am leaning towards something much easier like this three ingredient carrot cake dip.
This dip is absolutely one of the easiest things you will ever make. It is also one of the most delicious. Following the idea of my Three Ingredient TWIX® Dip, this carrot cake dip only takes three ingredients to make. If you get the Duncan Hines cake mix, it even has real carrots and raisins in it. Of course, you could always toss real carrots and raisins in yourself too.
Carrot Cake Dip Ingredients:
8oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup carrot cake cake mix
1 cup cool whip
Let’s Make It:
1) Beat the cream cheese until soft. I do this in my food processor when it is such a small quantity. Mix in cake mix and stir/process until smooth.
2) Fold in cool whip and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
