Happy Friday! We survived another week. Are your weeks getting crazier as we near Thanksgiving and Christmas? Mine certainly are. I find the activities are now almost every day which makes it difficult to keep up. I am looking forward to spending some quality time with my family during the upcoming holidays though 🙂

Every year, we host a big Christmas cocktail party. I think about it all year and really put a TON of effort into putting it together. For me, party food has a few requirements: taste good, look good and be easy to eat without utensils. It doesn’t hurt to be something that a lot of guests are at least mildly familiar with too. When, I was prepping for an upcoming party, I was searching for things to make that I knew would be a hit and would also be easy to eat. These spicy spinach artichoke stuffed mushrooms immediately came to mind.

Well, I am back from the craziness that is a vacation with the extended family! We had a blast but it was so exhausting.
