My favorite part of fall is all the delicious roasted squash. From soups to salads to pasta, I use so much squash between October and March that it is ridiculous. One of our favorite things about fall is going to the local fall festivals. From kettle corn to candied apples, it is just so much fun enjoying all the delicious food in between hay rides and corn mazes. One of my favorites is the glazed nut mix you can get at all of the fall festivals.
