Last year, during Snap Conference, I met Kim and we became fast friends. We’ve collaborated on some things in the past year like a neighbor gift and prepping for a Super Bowl party. Now, I am so excited that I get to share with you that I am a food contributor over on her site. Today is my first post and I would love it if you would stop by to see me and check out the recipe for this amazing One Pot Irish Beef Stew.

Snacks. They are totally my weakness. I am almost always on the go so snacks tend to become my meals and meals never actually happen. I always look for snacks that are easy to carry along with me and taste great. If they have a little crunch and sweetness to them, like this triple berry granola, then the snack is a total winner.

Ever since I started Whole30 in January and then moved to a more sustainable Paleo diet, I have been in love with cauliflower rice. It is quick and easy and tastes delicious. So, I went in search of different ways to use cauliflower rice and found these 9 great ideas.

Mexican Pozole

When we were in Vegas, a friend saw Pozole {also known as Posole} on the buffet and asked me about it. I realized at that point that I had never actually had it! So, of course, I grabbed a bowl and tried it. I couldn’t leave it behind in Vegas though so I decided to make it at home too.

Malaysian Chicken Meatballs
This post brought to you by Malaysia Kitchen for the World. The content and opinions expressed below are that of Just Us Four.
I love trying new foods. I grew up in a really small town where the local Chinese joint was considered “exotic.” When I moved into a larger city with access to all kinds of cuisine, I really embraced them all and spent quite a bit of time trying all the different restaurants. One that I hadn’t had before and really wanted to try before was Malaysian cuisine. I couldn’t find a local restaurant to try easily so I thought I would attempt to make a dish at home inspired by the flavors of Malaysia. These Malaysian Chicken Meatballs were the result of some experimenting and I absolutely love how they came out.

Easy S’mores Donuts
I am so excited to share with you my newest donut flavor as a way to highlight delicious TruMoo’s Limited Edition Chocolate Marshmallow Milk. As always, even though this post may be sponsored, all thoughts and opinions are my own.
I love donuts. There, I totally admitted it. No matter how much I love eating clean and enjoying all the real foods of Whole30, I still have a soft spot for a delicious donut. Of course, I am always trying to think of new donuts to try {as if Red Velvet, Eggnog and Peppermint Mocha weren’t enough}. This time, I am taking aim at one of my favorite childhood desserts and making s’mores donuts.

German Chocolate Bars
While there might not be anything traditionally German about them, these German Chocolate Bars are the best dessert bars I have ever made. They’re delicious!
Pop Quiz: Did you know that there isn’t really much German about what we know as German chocolate? When Maya moved with us from Germany, I talked to her at length about all the things we think are “German” but really aren’t and German chocolate stuff was top of the list.
