Happy Friday. Or said I say “whoa…where is January going?” Right now, I am feeling a little bit of both of those sentiments to be honest. The beginning of 2017 has been a whirlwind but I am looking forward to a short work week next week to relax a little.

Oh my gosh, you all! I can’t believe that I just totally FORGOT the link party last week. Seriously…so ridiculous on my part. We went to see the US Olympic Gymnastics Team perform as part of their Kellogg’s tour and I didn’t get home until midnight. Then, we had breakfast with Santa on Friday morning and I just totally forgot. Shame no me.

Ok, so you want to know what happens with a yucky cold collides with Halloween? You literally forget what day it is and wake up to find it is Friday and you FORGOT to put up the Pinworthy Projects party. Yeah…that happened this week. I can’t even begin to explain it but I can offer that I have spent most of this week asleep whenever possible so it is no wonder I didn’t realize it was Friday. Oops.

You guys…this week! I can’t even with it. I am so happy it is Friday. I’ve got a little bad news though…no features this week. It has just been that kind of week. Monday started with me getting into a car accident and, while it wasn’t bad (i.e. no one was injured THANKFULLY), it has occupied my entire week as I work to get my car repaired.
So, I am sorry but I just didn’t have time. Forgive me?

Happy Friday! Who is excited to make it to the end of the week? This week has been insane here. My youngest’s bus broke down one day, I forgot my badge for the office another day…just one thing after another. Whew…I am ready for some R&R this weekend. Or, at least as much R&R as one gets with two kids and puppy.
