These weeks are flying by way too quickly. I feel like I see our grocery guy as much as I see my husband! I really don’t know where the time is going. I’m sure it is just because we are super busy that it seems to go by so quickly. Busy weeks are definitely when our easy dinner recipes meal plan is a major savior for me. I just buy my stuff and cook my way through the week. Easy peasy.

Do you hear that? School started this week and I think I instantly got a few more gray hairs. It has been insane trying to keep up with all of the changes in our routine and making sure everyone gets where they need to be. Of course, I want them FED and where they need to be so dinner is pretty important. It is weeks like this that remind me exactly why I still create meal plans and, especially ones that are full of easy dinner recipes. Knowing what I am going to make for dinner and having all the ingredients on hand thanks to a little bit of pre-planning makes a HUGE difference when dinnertime rolls around each night.

The start of a new week is almost here which means it is time to make sure our menu is ready for the week! Each week, I get together with six other bloggers to create a meal plan full of easy dinner recipes. It makes meal planning super simple which, in turn, makes getting dinner on the table each night a breeze. If you’re craving something sweet, we throw in a dessert to cover that too. All you do is pick which recipes you want to use from the meal plan and then hit the store for your ingredients. There is no more worrying at 5pm each night what to make for dinner because you’ve got that covered!

Ok, you guys. It is meal planning time. We are inching towards the beginning of our school year plus getting ready to go on vacation so this week’s meal planner is heavy on the crockpot meals. Using the crockpot just makes things so easy. I also like using my slow cooker during the summer because it doesn’t heat up the kitchen on the steamy nights. Instead, I get a fix it and forget it meal that I can enjoy without our electric bill skyrocketing!

This week…boy, it is a crazy one. I have back to back birthday parties for my two kids this weekend {yes, I am insane} so meal planning needs to be quick and easy or it won’t get done. Sound familiar?! Well, that is why created this meal plan series with easy recipes for dinner. We know that there are so many people out there who want to meal plan but find making the time to go search for recipes and put a plan together difficult.
