I’ve talked a lot about H being into all things girl.
Makeup – check {only for dress-up of course…she is only 5!}
Dresses – everyday!
Purses – Just like her mommy
And of course, she loves all things Princess! We barely get in the door most nights before she has run off to throw on a Disney Princess dress over her clothes. These days, she is really into Cinderella so I knew I wanted to give her some Cinderella themed gifts for Christmas.
I headed out to the store one morning to do some Christmas shopping and found a huge Cinderella display!
As a bonus to all the great gift options, I also found a fun app I could download to my phone for H to play. It’s called the Disney Princess Royal Ball App and it is super fun. I searched for it in the store and quickly found it.
I downloaded it in Google Play because I have an Android. No fear, there is one for iPhone and iPad too! |
I am so excited to have her design her own dress and get ready for the ball. She loves playing with my phone so I am sure she will want to play this for hours trying out all the different options.
As I shopped around the store, I found I could unlock new things within the game by scanning different items. For example, Cinderella’s face unlocks new items in the Princess boutique!
I had to get serious about shopping at that point so I closed the App and got down to business.
I’m in love with Cinderella bike but, sadly, it is too small for H. She isn’t quite ready for the bigger 16″ bike yet so I decided to just admire the bike from afar.
I found the perfect gift while shopping though: a magical castle that includes the magiclip feature! It is so awesome AND comes with one Cinderella doll and 3 dresses too.
I like the MagiClip option because it makes it so easy for H to change the dolls clothes. It saves me a lot of time struggling with doll clothes when she is playing.
We have a good friend whose daughter is younger and I have really been struggling with what to give her for Christmas. I had no idea there was a Princess Little People toy out this year.
So, #DisneyPrincessWMT really helped me tackle two big gifts on my list this year. You can see more of my shopping experience, including a ton more Princess items I had to will myself not to buy for H, in my Google+ album.
I’m so excited to wrap them and then give them to H and our friend’s daughter. Of course, wrapping these extra large items is going to be a bit of challenge. I bought lots of supplies so we’ll see how it goes!
