Essential items for this recipe:
- Mixing bowl
- Small bowl
- Lollipop sticks
- 16 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 Tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp orange juice
- 1 cup dried cranberries roughly chopped
- 3 tsp orange zest
- Lollipop sticks
- 1 cup candied walnuts or pecans chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries finely chopped
- 2 tsp orange zest

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add in powdered sugar and orange juice and beat for 1 minute. Fold in chopped cranberries and orange zest. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.

In a small bowl, combine candied nuts, dried cranberries and orange zest to create the topping.

Remove cream cheese mixture from fridge and form into small balls. Roll in nut topping and place on parchment paper. Stick a lollipop stick in the top. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
