January always brings plans to get healthier and eat better. For many, that includes starting a diet or new eating plan. For me, that usually means I start a month of Whole30 again. Even as a Whole30 veteran, I still find it can be difficult to be successful without lots of great resources and planning. So, in case you are interested in trying Whole30, I’m sharing everything you need for a successful Whole30 program.
Being successful with Whole30 is all about preparation. Do a little bit of work upfront collecting recipes and making sure you understand the eating plan makes all the difference. The first step should always be making sure you understand the Whole30 Program. I also had a friend who has done Whole30 several times share her tips and tricks for being successful. From there, these resources should help you get ready and be successful!
Start by stocking your pantry with some of the most used items for Whole30. For me, that means making sure I have plenty of Ghee, coconut oil, coconut aminos and compliant bacon on hand. This post also shares some great pantry staples.
Once you have your pantry stocked, it is time to start meal planning. Start with the most important meal of the days and check out these 30 breakfast ideas. These paleo breakfast muffins and paleo breakfast casserole are also a huge favorites of mine.
For lunch and dinner, these 30+ Whole30 recipes are a great resource. I also use this list of twenty five Whole30 crockpot recipes too.
Eating out during Whole30 can offer a little bit of a challenge. This survival guide is really helpful if you find yourself wanting to skip the kitchen for a night.
The Super Bowl doesn’t technically fall in January this year but, if you’re like me, you may not be starting Whole30 on the 1st of the month. These Super Bowl recipes are crazy delicious and would be good whether you are still doing Whole30 or not!
I’ll be starting on January 4th! I would love to hear from anyone else who will be joining me.

I did a Whole30 last year and LOVED it. This month I’m going gluten free as an experiment, but this is still such a great resource! Thanks for sharing!
