Hello Just Us Four readers and fans! I’m Sarah, The Chef Next Door, and am so excited to be guest blogging for Shannah today!
I am very passionate about baking, so over on my blog you’ll find lots of delicious recipes for sweet treats. I cook too, and also share my favorite meals.
Today I’m sharing with you a delicious Chocolate Almond Butter Marshmallow Fudge with Sea Salt. Although it sounds rich and decadent, it really isn’t too sweet at all. Using the almond butter evens out the flavors and the sea salt gives it the perfect touch.

Ingredients:
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
8 oz. bittersweet chocolate, broken into pieces
1 cup almond butter
3 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 Tbsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 cup Jet Puffed Vanilla Mallow Bits
Line an 8-inch square pan with aluminum foil, leaving enough to extend over the pan edges. Butter the foil lightly and set the pan aside.
Gently simmer a few inches of water in a small pot over medium heat. In a heatproof bowl, slightly larger than the pan, add the sweetened condensed milk, chocolate pieces, almond butter, butter, vanilla and sea salt. Place the bowl on top of the pan and heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.
Remove the bowl from the heat and fold in the mallow bits. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth out the top. Let cool for about 5 minutes, then lightly sprinkle the top of the fudge with additional sea salt.
Cover the fudge and chill until firm, about 3 hours. Use the foil to lift the fudge from the pan, then slice into small squares. Store the fudge in an airtight container.
Thanks again to Shannah for allowing me to share my fudge with you all! I’d love for you to stop by The Chef Next Door and find more delicious sweet treats. You can also follow my adventures on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+ and Instagram.
Happy Holidays & Bon Appetit!

I never made fudge, odd I know, but this looks and sounds so delicious you know I’m going to have to give this recipe a try. It wouldn’t be a ‘Holiday’ without lots of sweet treats. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe.
