Fudge is one of my favorite Christmas time treats thanks to memories of my grandma making it. This year, I made some Peppermint Marshmallow Fudge to enjoy!
Fudge is like THE Christmas time dessert for me. I think it is because my mom and grandma always made it in pretty much any variety you can imagine starting the day after Thanksgiving. There were always tins of it at my grandma’s house for us to enjoy during our visits.
This year, I wanted to make my own fudge and decided to make Peppermint Marshmallow Fudge. This fantasy fudge is a delicious combination of semi-sweet chocolate, marshmallows and peppermint. Yummy!
What is your favorite holiday treat? Do you like to make fudge during this time of year?

I make A LOT of fudge this time of year, lol. It’s one of my families favorite holiday treats. I’ve always used Marshmallow Creme in my fudge recipe, and never thought to use actual marshmallows but it’s good to know I can do that in case I ever forget to buy the creme.
