It was kind of quiet around here this week, huh? I had grand plans to share more with you than just al pastor breakfast hash (which is amazing by the way) but those plans got totally derailed by a certain 6 year old. On Tuesday, he decided to go war with the floor in his classroom and the floor won. A long ER trip later and our whole week was turned on its side. Oh well, he is all fixed up and back to his happy self so that is all that matters.
