Do you love ice cream? Who doesn’t, right?! I am a huge ice cream fan and haven’t really met many flavors that I don’t like. Anything with peanut butter in it is a winner for sure. I was trying to decide on a fun ice cream treat to make with my daughter and stumbled upon some Edy’s® Peanut Butter Cup Frozen Custard. Now, I could have eaten it alone but we decided it would be fun to use some salted pretzel snack bars to make salted pretzel ice cream bites.
These little bites are the perfect thing to throw together for a play date or moms’ night in. They take almost no time to make but will most definitely disappear the moment you pull them out of the freezer.
Ingredients for Salted Pretzel Ice Cream Bites:
1 cup Edy’s® Peanut Butter Cup Frozen Custard
1 box Kellogg’s® Special K® Salted Pretzel Snack Bars
Let’s Make It:
1) Place your serving platter in the freezer for 15 minutes.
2) Cut the snack bars in half. Spread ice cream on half of the snack bars. Top with the remaining snack bars. Place in freezer for 30 minutes. Serve on frozen platter.
Really…how amazing do these little treats look?
Now, if you are hoping to serve something with a little more fruit to it, consider these raspberry chocolate chip biscuits. They still make a great dessert but you can feel good about it eating because…well, fruit! Just take some Post® Honey Bunches of OatsChocolate Chip Breakfast Biscuits and spread goat cheese on top. Then, add some sliced raspberries for an awesome snack.
I actually had the raspberry biscuits the other morning for a late breakfast. I was running so behind and couldn’t stop for my normal coffee. So, I grabbed a Skinny Cow® Creamy Iced Coffee Drink and had that with my breakfast. It was the perfect thing to help me get back on track with my morning.
I am sure you are wondering where to find all of these items, right?! I picked mine up at Safeway {also known as Vons, Pavilions, CARRS, Tom Thumb, Randalls in different parts of the country}. Ours is really close to so many of the places I visit frequently and it is really easy to find what I need and get back out. They also seem to always have a great selection of the things I am looking for and I like to discover what’s new. You can connect with Safeway on Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest to find out about great new products and specials they offer.

I want every single one of these!! I’m a summer baby and my mom always treated me to non-cake desserts for my birthday.. something about an oven being too warm. 😉 Anyway, if I could go back in time, I would ask her to make these for my birthday. All of my favorite flavor profiles in one dessert. I know what I’m making for myself in July! I featured your post this week at #FoodieFriDIY – thank you so much for participating!
