I am always looking for new products to use when my gluten free or vegetarian friends and family visit for meals. I am excited to share my newest find, that I used in our favorite recipe for sloppy joe casserole, with you today. With fall and back to school fast approaching, I am starting to build a great list of go to recipes that easy to make and taste great too. My sister in law was visit recently and she is vegetarian. I thought she might be joining us for dinner one night so I did a little research on what I could make that my family of meat eaters would love and she could enjoy too. That was when I was introduced to #BeyondMeat. BeyondMeat is a meat substitute that takes all of the familiar things in meat {amino acids, fats, trace carbohydrates, minerals and lots of water} from plants and applies heating, cooling and pressure so that the result is just like meat. I used the BeyondMeat to make a delicious sloppy joe casserole and everyone LOVED it.
