I am a huge Nutella® fan! I am such a salted caramel fan. If there is salted caramel on the menu, you can bet I am going to try it. Put it with chocolate and game over. Awhile back, I discovered the most amazing recipe for chocolate salted caramel puddle cookies. They were a ton of work but I made them on a weekly basis. As I made them, I made some tweaks here and there until I had what I considered the perfect chocolate salted caramel cookies.

I am a total Nutella junkie. I can definitely be found eating it straight from the jar {I keep my own so it isn’t gross}. But, if you add Nutella to peanut butter, watch out. It is my all time favorite way to enjoy Nutella. In fact, I am pretty sure I invented the ultimate snack of toasted English muffins with peanut butter on one side and Nutella on the other {don’t bust my bubble if I didn’t, okay?}. I was looking for a way to combine my love of peanut butter and Nutella into a dessert {you know, besides pizza} and came up with peanut butter Nutella brownies. Peanut Butter Cookie Eggs

Every Thursday, I treat my daughter to pizza from her favorite place on our way to gymnastics. Wegman’s pizza is a lot like New York style and she just loves it. She also usually asks for some kind of dessert in the form of a donut or cookie. This is how I discovered their peanut butter patties. I grabbed one and threw it on our bag one time to enjoy as my own dessert. Little did I know what I was getting or how delicious it would be! It is an amazing combination of cookie, peanut butter and chocolate. After having that first one, I knew I would have to figure out how to make my own and decided to make peanut butter cookie eggs for Easter.
