We got through a lot of milk here in the Just Us Four house. Like 3+ gallons of milk each week. Chocolate milk is a hot commodity too because we all love it. I was in the store the other day and saw that TruMoo now makes Chocolate Marshmallow milk and it totally got me in the mood for milk and cookies. Even though we are in the middle of the polar vortex, my daughter is still begging for ice cream, milkshakes and other frozen treats so I decided to combine those items and make her a s’mores chocolate smoothie as a treat using the TruMoo Chocolate Marshmallow milk. Sadly, our store was sold out of the Chocolate Marshmallow flavor but we used the regular chocolate this time around. I know this recipe will be even more amazing with the Chocolate Marshmallow version!

Chocolate covered strawberries are my absolute favorite treat. I love getting them for Valentine’s Day because they are my special treat for the holiday. Every year, we order chocolate covered strawberries from the candy store. It is super expensive and, although they are so delicious, I decided to try something different this year and create some Chocolate Strawberry Hearts.

Ahhh, Valentine’s Day. It is a great day to remind the one that you love exactly how much you love them by spending way too much money on overpriced flowers and a fancy dinner out in a crowded restaurant that is serving ‘eh’ tasting food because the kitchen is just so busy. Sweet treats are pretty much all I want during Christmas time. From fudge to cookies to cheesecakes and candies, I just can’t get enough. Another one of my favorites is definitely different kinds of “bark” candy. I was trying to find new flavors to make into bark and that is how this toffee and chocolate eggnog bark was born.

Remember peanut butter sandwiches from when you were a kid? I do. They were my absolutely favorite. Even now, there is just something about a good peanut butter sandwich. I’ve never been a jelly girl though so I always look for other things to put on my sandwiches. That was how I discovered the incredible taste of peanut butter and nutella together. Awhile back, I mixed it with bananas on a pizza and was in love. But, over the weekend, I decided to make peanut butter nutella crescent rolls and Pillsbury might have a crescent roll shortage coming up because I will be buying them all the time to make these rolls!

Today I’m sharing with you a delicious Chocolate Almond Butter Marshmallow Fudge with Sea Salt. Although it sounds rich and decadent, it really isn’t too sweet at all. Using the almond butter evens out the flavors and the sea salt gives it the perfect touch.
