So, have you started looking towards Thanksgiving yet? I certainly have as I like to plan out my menu, shopping list and cooking schedule weeks in advance to make sure the day goes as smoothly as possible.
Once October hits, I am a huge soup fan. I eat soup at least a few times a week between lunches and dinners. While I love broth based soups like vegetable quinoa soup and spicy sausage and tortellini soup, my absolute favorite to this day remains Thai Butternut Squash Soup.

So, you know when you make something that becomes a family favorite and you share it with a ton of people {say, on a blog} but the pictures just don’t do the dish justice? Yeah, I have plenty of those cases. I’ve decided that those recipes need the equal opportunity to be discovered and tried so I have been taking new photographs of them and will be sharing them as a Throw Back Thursday series here and there.
