Are you ready to put together another weekly menu plan? I’ve got mine all set and ready to share with you.
Sunday – Let’s start out the week with a heaping bowl of veggies {and a little bit of meat} with meat lovers ratatouille.
Monday – Meatless Monday gets curried with egg curry.
Tuesday – Pizza night with a little McDonalds influence. We’re making big mac pizza.
Wednesday – Even though the weather is starting to warm a little, I am still loving soup! This week, I have cauliflower soup with bacon and chives on the menu.
Thursday – Pasta with sausage and broccoli rabe sounds perfect for our Thursday tradition of pasta.
Friday – We are going to give Greek potato skins a try. I think it will be a neat twist on a traditional “bar food.”
Saturday – Time to end the week with a yummy paprika chicken stroganoff.
